1) That Hobart may request credit references from the trade referees supplied.

2) That you have read and agree the Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is available on request and you agree to settle the account in the agreed time from invoice date.

3) That Hobart will make a search with a credit reference agency, the agency will keep a record of that Search and will share that information with other businesses. They may also make enquiries about the Principles/Directors with a credit reference agency.

4) That Hobart may share information throughout its own divisions and other companies in Hobarts industry group.

5) In the event of non-payment Hobart may pass information contained on this account form to a third party in order to pursue the debt.

6) Credit is subject to credit approval by ITW FEG Leasing UK. Increased deposits or additional guarantees may be required
